At Yorkie Paws Home, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when bringing one of our puppies into your family. We are committed to providing healthy, well-cared-for puppies that meet your expectations.
Return Policy
We take great care to ensure that every Yorkie puppy is healthy, well-socialized, and ready for their new homes. However, we understand that unforeseen situations can occur:
- If a certified veterinarian finds any life-threatening congenital health issue within 1 year of purchase, we offer a replacement puppy or a full refund.
- In case you are unable to keep your puppy for any personal reason, we request that you return the puppy to us so we can rehome it responsibly. Refunds may not apply in this case but we will always help find a loving home.
Refund Conditions
- The puppy must be returned within 7 days after the issue is identified.
- A signed statement from a licensed veterinarian is required to verify any serious health issue.
- Refund or replacement will be processed once the puppy is safely returned and verified.
- Shipping fees, travel costs or any related expenses are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy for Non-Health Related Issues
We do not offer refunds for issues related to buyer's change of mind, allergies, landlord disapproval, or other personal circumstances.
